Refund and Returns Policy
Last updated: July 2026.
We want you to be glad you invested in this material. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Printed books
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving a printed book, for any reason. The book must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we will confirm the refund and credit it to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by us when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, and by the customer when the return is simply a change of mind.
Digital products
Ebooks and other downloadable materials may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided the file has not been substantially consumed. Because of the nature of digital delivery, requests made after that window are reviewed case by case.
Courses and mentorships
Courses and mentorship programs carry a 7-day satisfaction guarantee counted from the date of purchase or from the release of the first module, whichever is later. Some of these programs are sold and delivered through external platforms; in that case the refund is processed by the platform where you bought it, under the same 7-day guarantee, and their terms apply alongside these.
Live and group mentorship sessions that have already taken place are not refundable, but missed sessions can normally be rescheduled. Talk to us and we will find a solution.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
How to request a refund
Write to chantell@chantellcooley.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We answer every request and will tell you the next step, including the return address when a shipment is involved.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit usually appears within one or two billing cycles. Purchases made on an external platform follow that platform’s processing time.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Customers in Brazil keep the right of withdrawal set out in article 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor for purchases made outside a physical store.
